Post pandemic shipping arrangements have been updated. Currently all shipping services are provided via Japan Post EMS. Shipping rate fees are calculated and charged at check out. In the case of custom multiple item orders requested via chat, shipping estimates are explained and agreed upon prior to payment. Items sent via EMS services all can be insured up to the value of nearly $600 (USD) worth of items. If you wish to purchase more than this amount of merchandise we suggest trying to discuss separating items into a series of shipments to insure that there is no risk of not having insurance covering the total cost should your item become damaged or lost in transport.
Depending on where you live the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary. Most air services to major hub cities/countries takes about 7-10 business days, and takes a few more days after to reach smaller hub communities. Although post pandemic the frequency of air freight has increase, larger items still take more time to arrive as they are harder to get placed in queue for transport overseas. Oversized boxes with any single side larger than 60cm might experience additional delays of 1-2 weeks.
Once shipped you will be emailed a tracking number so that you may be aware of your packages status and location until it has been delivered to your door.
Use the following website Japan Post Track & Trace Service to check for your status using the tracking number provided via email after shipment.
